Meet the DEMI 910: Compatible for Carbon® L1 & M2 Printers
The Carbon® Digital Light Synthesis™ (Carbon DLS™) 3D printing process has been groundbreaking in enabling scalability for the additive industry. Now, there’s a groundbreaking post-processing solution to unleash its full potential.
Carbon DLS is one of the most efficient and production-ready 3D printing processes. Now, with the DEMI 910 solution, Carbon users can streamline their post-printing processes with superior results – improving productivity and throughput.
Developed for the unique needs of the Carbon L1 and M2 printers, the full-stack DEMI 910 leverages transformative proprietary chemistry and patented Submersed Vortex Cavitation (SVC) technology, all guided by the AUTOMAT3D® software platform.
Built to Fit
How was the DEMI 910 solution built compatible for Carbon platforms? Its ergonomic fixture design, custom-sized to support the L1 and M2 build platforms. No more wasted operator time transferring printed parts. Carbon users can load build platforms directly into the DEMI 910, and save valuable technician time.
The tank is designed to hold 40 gallons (151 liters) of detergent, with an 18” x 18” x 18” envelope.
Driven by Software Intelligence
By controlling the components of the SVC technology, AUTOMAT3D software manages intensities, temperatures, and process times for an accelerated rate of resin removal. Storage and recall of these parameters enable one-touch processing. Carbon users can simply “press play and walk away.”
A Solution with Superior Performance
The Carbon-compatible PLM-450 detergent has been specially developed to improve post-print efficiencies on the following Carbon resins: EPU 41, EPX 82, MPU 100, RPU 70, RPU 130, UMA 90, DPR 10, and LOCTITE® 3D IND405 Clear certified for Carbon® printers.
This detergent is safer (200°F / 93°C flashpoint) and longer-lasting than other typical solvents (e.g. IPA, TPM, DPM), so Carbon users can enjoy more infrequent chemical change-outs and improved sustainability.
